Singapore Orders

The Carat Room is pleased to offer our customers FREE shipping on all Singapore shipments, which is fully insured by a premier global insurance company. Once your order has been placed, shipments will be processed within 1 to 3 business days

International Orders

The Carat Room is proud to serve our international customers around the globe. Please refer to the chart below for list of countries and details. If you don’t see a country available below, please email us at sales@thecaratroom.com so we can help you arrange shipping and handling of the product independently. All our international orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority® and estimates for shipping times are variable upon destination country.

 

Please note that FREE shipping does not apply to orders shipped to countries outside Singapore. A flat fee of SGD $20 will be charged for international shipments. It is important to note that your bank or credit card company will process all charges in SGD funds as required by our company policy.

Insurance Coverage

A premier global insurance company will provide full insurance coverage for all orders shipped internationally. A fee of 0.28% of the value of your order will be applied and this fee is covered by The Carat Room.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable. These additional charges levied required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

The table below shows estimated duty and tax rates for the countries we are currently shipping to. Please note that The Carat Room is just providing you with a guideline and has no control over the final charges. The actual amount charged by customs may differ from the rates below. Please contact your local customs office for accurate duty and tax information on international shipments prior to placing your order with The Carat Room.

Restrictions

Please be informed that items shipped internationally may not be in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and requirements. The recipient is responsible for determining that the items can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country.

Incorrect Shipping address

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. If any shipping information is incorrect, please contact us immediately to report it at sales@thecaratroom.com. You may incur a $15 fee for re-directing the shipment to the correct address if the shipment has already been mailed out.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, contact The Carat Room immediately and a return label will be emailed to you. A replacement or refund will be determined upon assessment by our quality assurance department. Claims for damages must be received within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
